There's quite a few differences between the two. Good job though. Yours is closer to the original than mine is as far as I can see.

Though there is on the previews and you've even credited them on the skinfiles.

Pretty good rendition of the BrawnGP car. My favourite design in the new F1 season. Simplicity really fits the new F1 car.

Only thing I would put a finger on is the backend sidepods. It has black stripes on both sides of the green/yellow stripe.
