i dont usually like grungy-ness, and here's why. it just looks like the creator took a default photoshop brush and had a seizure, and presto you have a skin. However. this actually has some very nice depth to it, and it looks like you put serious thought into the layers and placement of the graphics, so well done. and as for the font, go for the second one, what sells it is the stenciled appearance, and the little army-esque star on top of the "i". personally, id avoid the noise(?) or grunge on the actual letters themselves, its a little overbearing. hope you care enough to care

I'd personally go for the font in the 1st, and placement/position/size of the 2nd That way it is well-defined, pops out, yet still fitting in the skin.

Well, I went with the second option, changed the placement to be like in opton 1, and skins is released. Enjoy.
