Hello, Im Completely New Here and I Joined Because I Cant Skin and im at the point of thowing crap at the monitior and I cant figure out how to actually get the exact shape of the parts and then add a type of Texture to them (Im not sure if CF is considered as a texture) on Paint Shop Pro 9, can someone help teach me how to get the exact shape of only one part (Like hood or bumper for example) I would really appreciate it.

Welcome!
The MSz pro-kits come with layers for each part. An easy way to do it would be to make a new layer with the CF texture. Then, on the hood (bonnet) layer, select the area around the hood with the magic wand tool. Go back to the carbon fiber texture layer and press delete while you still have the selection active. That should delete all of the texture than does not fall within the perimeter of the hood's shape.
There are many more ways of doing this, but this is the simplest and dirtiest way to do it. I typically opt to make vector shape layers with patterns but that's a little more complicated to explain (and I use Photoshop, not sure of PSP's current capabilities).
Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

Tried fooling around on how to get the exact shape of one of the wings too, I used the Magic Wand On all and then copied it to the CF Sheet (Ctrl+L) And then flattened the layer. I Selected only the wing and used the magic wand and copied the wing. that seemed to do the trick, is this an OK way of doing this? or are there other more effective ways?

There's a lot of ways, but if that method gave you the results you wanted than there's no need to change
