Do you mean that you want the decals to be flipped around the right way (not reversed)? Or just the cat decal and text on the rear?

I want decals to be flipped right way. Example that rockstar logo. Thanks for quick answer!

IN Photopaint, when you add your decals to one side of the car don't combine them with the background, just select each one (using the shift key and clicking each one)and then group them. Copy the whole group and paste it on the other side of the car. Then ungroup the decals and choose one that you want flipped. Select object / flip / horizontally, then nudge the decal into the place where you want it. Alternatively you can flip the whole group and then unflip just the one or two decals that you want the right way around.
For this current skin, if it is too late to ungroup the decals (if you have already combined them with the background) just use your freehand mask to cut out the individual decal and then flip as explained above, or paint over it and import the decal again, and replace the current one(s).
Ideally (in future) this will be something you plan before you go too far with your skin. Let me know if you need further help.
