A new progress report and CMX Viewer update are available at www.liveforspeed.net.

Some changes in the 3d models have been made but should not effect current skins, with perhaps the exception of the XF wing. Go grab it now, and check Scawen's report!

There is now a patch available for the viewer. Also some mapinfo files which will help skinners to see the actual skinning area. They are 512 x 512, because this will be the default skin size for LFS. Just use them in the viewer like ordinary skins and you will see what how they work.

Patch approx 3MB

mapinfo files approx 800KB.

Formula cars :
- Wing mappings changed a few mm to avoid wraparound
- Most skins will not need updating

XFG / XFR :
- Improved rear wing / spoiler mappings
- Added front spoiler mapping to XF GTR
- Most skins will need updating

GTR cars :
- Wing mappings changed a few mm to avoid wraparound
- Roll cage is now mapped to the skin
