Nah, England is in the top 5 ranking somewhere, not sure about NL and Cz at the moment, I reckon USA will be in the top 10 but certainly not the top 5.

Aren't USA ranked 5th in the World? I am pretty sure the top 5 is: 1 Brazil 2 Czech Republic 3 The Netherlands 4 Mexico 5 USA 5 Spain I am sure these rankings will all change shortly tho Those were the old.... Today World Cup Rankings were published.... 1. Argentina 2. Spain 3. Germany4. Czech Republic 5. Italy 6. Ecuador 7. England 8. Mexico 9. Ivory Coast 10. Netherlands 11. Brazil 12. Switzerland 13. Australia 14. Portugal 15. Croatia . . . 18. France . . . 29. USA ( really no competition to European teams) . . 32. Costa Rica --- That's it. For me personally Brazil is just dissappointing. Same with France... Fox

The way teams have played so far, I'd say it's Argentina and the Czech Republic who are the strongest.
Many of the favoured teams haven't really shown their strength yet, including England, but then hey it's far from over.
I'll be interested to watch the Dutch play the Ivory Coast, that should be a good game, as will Germany vs Ecuador, since that game will have a big impact on who England play in the first knockout.
I'm still quietly confident that the Portuguese and the Brazillians will play considerably better than they have done so far, as for the French, well yeah it's a disappointment, it's also a shame that they just seem to want to give it to Zidane all the time, the man's still a master of the game, but realistically he's too old to have the sort of impact he used to, and the rest of the French team needs to play too if they're going to progress.

Well Argentina showed some sparkle today with that amazing goalfest against the poor Serbs. They were reported as looking the striongest team in the competition, so that would agree with Foxes table. Germany third though? I thought they were not so highly rated this year, no offence! Brazil 11th also surprises me as they were the bookkeepers favourites for the competition.

Well this rankong was judged after the WC Games. Nothing less or more and whatever said: Brazil and France are really dissappointing. Just have a close look at Ronaldo. Someone with his payment should not be allowed to be that fat and unmovable. But whatever, we will know which team is the best after WC is finished. But one thing. The USA are so highly rated in the official rankings, because they always play against some soccer-nations without any skill. High wins and click - rank 5. How weak they are, you can see everytime they are trying to play real soccerteams...completely overrated. We'll talk on when Germany is Champion So far Fox

USA vs. Italy game made me laugh. Italy should have smoked us but they scored the goal that tied the game for us!
Don't get me wrong, I love my usa. But I know that this cup we were very over ranked for such a sappy team. haha but the game still made me laugh.

winDOS those rankings you show up are the official ones, months old. Those I published were just the actual World Cup Rankings. So nothing special... But really those official Rankings are just funny. USA on 5th, Czech Republic and Netherlands on 2 and 3 - sorry there are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better teams (e.g. Argentina, Italy etc.) Permanent Charts are much more interesting, so my Dutch friend - let's compare 1. Brazil: 17 World Cups played, 87 Matches - 60 x won, 14 x draw 13 x loss, Goals: 191:82 and Points 194 (5x World Champion)2. Germany: 15 World Cups played 85 Matches - 50 x won, 18 x draw, 17 x loss, Goals 176:106 and Points 168 (3x World Champion)[...] 12. Netherlands: 7 World Cups played 32 matches - 14 xwon, 9 x loss, 9 x loss, Goals: 56:36 and 51 Points (No Cups won yet, propably never ^^) Who's the daddy now? (All others do not wonder, it's the old German/Dutch Football-Friendship ^^ Regards Fox 1954 - 1974 - 1990 - 2006

Waasn't Brazil poor yeaterday? Ronaldo is clearly past his sell-by date. Very disappointing. Wasn't France pathetic and over-complacemnt yesterday? Time for their captain to retire. Were'nt Ghana absolutely brilliant?! Italy vs USA - dreadful match, they should be ashamed of themselves. Call that football?! Czech: Very disappointing from a team so highly FIFA rated. Argentina for me look loke the most inspired and focussed team of the whole competition. Germany should make it at least to the semi's.

Germany - World Champion:
1954 1974 1990
so: 54x74-1990 = 2006 (no fake)
Any questions? ^^
