Hey every one, thought i might start a thread where everyone can post what ever kind of visual art they do. seeing as this community is filled with very very talented people, the pics can be renders, scanned pics, sketches, whatever. ill start by posting one of my recent projects in my commercial graphics course. i had to do a magazine cover in one of the design styles we covered. so heres the november issue from the year 2187 of motor trend in the plakatstil style of the early modern design movement. i made every thing myself. i drew the outline for the "car" then scanned it, then filled and painted it and added text on PhtShp.

wonderful graffiti style to it. i like them all, but i really like the a-bomb stuff, and that simple butterfly thing. lol. anyway as i bumble through my degree program, ill be posting more and more things i made, assuming i actually like them. i also talked with MAGGOT and he's promised some stuff.

no worries, i assumed some one might want it by making it 8.5x11 inches (coincidentaly(?) the same size as a standard piece of...printer paper)

I'm workin on a little something sorta right now. Based on a horribly-proportioned sketch of mine. It'll be a week or two before I get around to finishing it though. I could post that poster I made last year though... Nice fish Bunta Nice graffitti Moby. I think I like the non-graffitti one the best though. "The butterfly says.............boo." ;D

Al, that is some seriously... messed up work. I love it! ;D Great job Just a quick off-topic question: Anyone here interested in spacecraft/ space station design and artwork? Yeup. I've recently taken up lego again in an attempt to design something with my hands, without the commitment of building a model kit. There's a couple things I've come up with that I've considered doing up in a 3D program or making some sketches of. Of course, my drawing ability is, well.. almost non-existant at this point. 5 years without a pen in hand does that to ya

No photographs used other than the flat rust layer. No photographs used other than the bullets. And yes Bunta I'm interested. What did you have in mind?
