I like this concept, but I think it needs a little more. Don't mean to offend, but it just looks like a marquee area filled with a water effect.

I'm not one for plastering cars with logos / sponsors.. but I think a few "somethings" added to this would bring the skin to life a bit more.. but as I say, I do like this design for a base.. I love abstract art
