Sorry all, I had made a mistake in the option of my image hosting, all the skin was auto resized (worse quality).......-_-" Now the problem is fixed and skins are 1024 * 1024. Here is my 5-minute skins (still haven't any inspiration) i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/aegis1023/XRT_TRD.jpg

Very nice skins in your garage! I almost picked the BMW of Andy Priaulx for the FXR, too. But I see you already made it better than I could do it Anyways I did the BMW-Motorsport ones instead, which I will post later... The skin of the XF GTi fits the car perfectly, I really like that one!

Found this message in Round 11 skinning challenge: i am very pleased with what i see so far. as a suggestion, somebody should make a "Nilla Wafers" skin hahaha. Only because I am not the pro I would like to be yet Anyhow, cant wait to see the outcome of this contest! That save my time to find inspiration so......I made these Render: I always want to make a in-game screenshot, but my display card ........ sigh.... very bad. Have you tried turning on anti aliasing in your video card advanced properties? Even a setting as low as 2x will make a big difference to your shots. Just to add to that, what I do is make a replay using my standard game graphics settings, then crank up all the settings including screen res to take screens, frames per second don't matter here, so get everything from your PC. And also thanks to Bunta & JustinZ. Turn on anti-aliasing in video card really make a big difference to shots. Take screenshot from replay is really a cool idea. I am fool and never think about it. Thanks. In-game screenshot:

Go with what you like AEGIS.. personally, I skin for myself.. whatever the design, if other's like it too, then great, if not.. well, I like it otherwise I wouldn't have done it, and that's the important part with skinning IMO The other side of the coin obviously is thankfully, not everyone likes the same thing (the world would be a very boring place if we did). I actually really like your Michelin Porsche.. very much to my preferred tastes, clean, simple and effective. The hardest part of doing a real life replica is that none of the cars in LFS have real-life counterparts (except the RAC and MRT) meaning that none you find for reference pics will fit exactly so some improvisation needs to go in. I've done replicas (my BAM #43 Porsche replica for the FZR has been a popular download from my site) but quite surprisingly, so has my FZ50 PHP skin that I did for one of the skin challenges here.. which is 100% fictional. I look for quality in skins rather than actual design so much when I'm "judging" what I think is a good skin. A pet peeve of mine is skins with headlights and grilles stuck across the front of the XRT in particular only because in my eyes, regardless of how well it's been done, it never looks right.. however, I do appreciate the work that goes into aligning such things to get them to look as good as they can do, so I could still think that the skin's good, even though it's not my personal preference in design. Only ones I can't see in this light is the skins with reversed graphics on one side.. I know it's "design", but this to me is just laziness (mainly in the original design that people replicate rather than the skinners themselves being lazy). Don't get discouraged on things.. you will get some criticism or the likes over time, even if the cause is just you having an off day with Photoshop as we all do from time to time. I have some designs that I did in S1 days that if I posted them here now they'd be laughed at (rightly so) if people posted those sorts of comments here. I think we've all done some skins that have become immensly popular and some that probably never get looked at twice.. but the key is to look forward and keep churning them out aiming for high-quality and something _you_ like yourself All this said, reading the comments above, the comments regarding your actual skin were good.. the "negative" comments were towards whoever painted the actual Porsche in those colours (nothing to do with you replicating it ). Keep 'em coming sir.. certainly nothing to get discouraged over IMO Regards, Ian EDIT: Oops! Just realised I replied to AEGIS's post at the bottom of page 1.. feel free to ignore my rambling =\
