Hi everybody! I just wrote a nice startup text for my first posting in this amazing board but when I wanted to preview it, it said that I'm not allowed to create topics... I was logged out while I wrote and the text was gone when I stepped back. So here the short version: This Forum is brillant! Soo many excellent skins and skills and tips and tricks... I hope I can contribute something, too. Deepest respect to all you masterskinners out there!!!I started with LFS and skinning 4 months ago and the first useable skins will be the first ones in my garage. It's a selfmade Red Bull scheme. I like the colours and logo a lot, that's why I choose it. The render was done by a mate from the german 4Players Forum. For the Christmas days I plan to make a replica of a Porsche Red Bull skin seen at 24h of Daytona in 2002. On this I'll try the great FZR Pro Kit. All my skins gonna be public (sooner ot later). I'm looking forward to beeing a member of this community and I already wish I could reply to all the great skin postings, but I'm afraid there's far too many of them... cheers chris

I think you're off to a fine start with this skin set. Unusual use of color around the front and rear lights on the FZR, not seen that done before. Skinnerz IS a valuable source for sure and the guys here are helpful beyond the norm you'll find on most other forums. I've really only been doing this for a month or so but dang man, it's a little too addictive! LOL Welcome and hope to see you around here often. ;D

I agree, I really like those, although I have to say that renders do have a way of flattering skins, which is obviously why people make them. That said I'm not suggesting your work's anything other than very appealing.

you wouldnt mind if I "steal" one of your redbull cars would you? I love the redbull cars in all motorsports and I dont know why, for some reason they just appeal to me alot! anyhow, im not gonna do anything but change the number and put a decal on it. haha but i wont use it unless you say i can. and if i can use it i still say you made it Cos' I'm a good guy like that.

Thanks for the friendly replies! Of course I don't mind using the Red Bull Skin, but first I want to make neutral Versions which I don't have for each of the five. Especially I will remove the german flag. It's OK for me if someone changes the Number or the flag on it. Maybe I get it done tomorrow... Meanwhile I would like to come up with the first replica I did. A Zakspeed Viper from 2003 which I also took to the carwash ;D Merry Christmas

So here we go... The link bringss you all 5 Red Bull skins in a rar file with 2048 and 1024 pixel versions. Most of the skins are not very best quality because I had to work with Star Office's drawing program which does not support anti aliasing. Meanwhile I had the chance to switch to Photoshop but was too lazy to redo them all But they should be good enough for racing... EDIT: changed link to the new skinpack
schUPpor's new Red Bull scheme

OK let's put the first FXR into my garage... It's the two BMW M3 GTRs which again won the 24h of Nürburgring this year before they retired. I tried the typical BMW grill (correct english?) on the bonnet but somehow I didn't like it and so I removed it again... Here you find the SKINFILES as ZIP with 1024 und 2048 pixels

Oops~ you done it. After I had finished the Watsons Water BMW, I planed to make this BMW later, because I quite like Andy Priaulx. Now I should skip it on my plan because you done it well. Keep going.
