Hi all, Been a while since I visited this forum but the release of the new S2 patch got me skinning again  Anyway, been doing a teamskin for PHD-Motorsports I would like to show you.  It's still a bit WIP in a way that I need to fix some small bugs and transplant the skin to the other side of the car. Shots from the finished skin will appear here shortly as well as some renders done by the software of our sponsor, LiAR Isn't A Raytracer. Hope you like it and cu on track  Wim |

nice, show us the end result but I can imagine you won't put any sponsors over the skin.

First of all, thank you all for the noce comments on the skin.
Concerning sponsors, my "teammates" and myself like skins that are not too cluttered up with sponsering. It is our oppinion that a skin itself should have character and speak for itself. Compensation with lots of sponsors is not our idea of a teamskin. That being said, there are going to be 2 sponsors on it from people/friends that really support us and provide an input to the team, definately not mainstream multinationals with which we have no affiliation in the first place.
@ Maggot
I have nothing against you borrowing ideas from this teamskin, as long as you don't copy it completely and just put some other logo's and stuff on it.
I will definately post the final result but in meantime I already want to thank Bunta and Andylec for providing the skinkit.

Don't worry, I wont copy it directly. I Really like the red design on the engine cowl, and I think I might do something quite similar on my new FOX skin. Skins lookin great, can't wait to see the result! |
