I would do something with the gray part that goes down the bonnet, maybe continue the red stroke all the way around it, now it looks a bit cut off somehow.
Other than this minor detail, I can only join the others by saying top work!!!

Nah... I don't like the idea of expanding the front part downwards... would look like bunny teeths...  |

No, I didn't mean that, I wouldn't do that either.  I just mean that maybe you can give the gray part a 2-3px thin stroke all the way. Now the stroke doesn't go all the way around it, starts thick at upper part of the bonnet/windscreen and gets thinner till bonnet front, but does not go entirely around the gray part. |
