Ok, been reading these forums and downloading the cracking work to feature here for some time so I finally decided to make a skin attempt.

Many thanks to all those on these forums who have uploaded links to sponser sticker packs and given instructions on how to make carbon fibre etc etc (I could write a list of thanks but it would be endless and I wouldnt want to miss folk out, but must make a special shout to the Master Skinnerz pro skin pack for the FZR).

This is only my very first attempt created in Paintshop Pro X so be gentle on me

That's very nice for a first or even third skin (although the preview pics could be a bit smaller... 800 wide max)

Hi s2gonzo,
I really like that design and I think it's not only good as a first skin. The only thing I could doubt is about the two main tones of blue. For me personally the blue in the squares doesn't really match the lighter tone on the rest of the car. But that might be personal preferences... nice skin anyway!

Resized the preview pictures accordingly (wasn't sure how big to make them).

I hear what your saying on the blues, but I figured that not all race colours match that well so why not. I have another version of the base coat with a blue on the top of the car that links the 2 together but found it too dark overall. I kinda looked at all the other colour combos people were doing and deliberatly aimed for something a little different.

Now I guess I gotta go one better on the second skin, next week maybe, this one took some time as I was learning at the time

i used to use Windows paint lol but now i use photo shop
