Click to enlarge pictures My first skin i made i used windows paint lol and that time i hadnt seen anyone elses skins and only ones that come with game my other skin(i know im not good at skinning) Another skin made by me(i dont like it ) As you can see i got much to learn

your off to a great start. one quick thing, the fake intake on the side of the red FXO should be placed in an area where it doesnt overlap any changes in surface shape, like the side skirts on the bottom of the car. just add some logos, and as u progess try something fancier. good work, keep at it.

Everyone has to start somewhere. The only solution is experience. A good set of tools (it doesn't have to cost anything i.e. opensource) and learning what you can do with them through experimentation whilst making a skin will gift you a set of basic techniques which you can apply to different ideas.
As soon as you start making a few, your imagination will be your constraint rather than your skills.

i like the strange logo on the side, id also put it on the hood, or at least somekind of variation of it. checkers on top are a nice touch, but id try to diversify from stripes down the car. use ur imagination! good work on that skin
