I have to panther skins one rally is called XFG_Panter
And racing called Panther! so thats the difference because didnt want to call second one Panther2 or some how like that
And yet again The both are correct i cheked it in my oxford dictionary!

Well one drifter from Latvia got idea about a roaddraiving well it is like this
the max speed is 110 km/ph
The police is Patroling the road
if you are going over 110 then police will chase you and you need to stop
the police says how many minutes you need to stand still max min 5
if youre not stoping and demolishing everybody car then police can kick you if you have 3 kick the you will be banned from server
also there are parking lots where you pay your fines by standing there from 1 - 5 minutes
thats about road driving!
