A bit empty isn't it? Time to park something in it.

Welcome to MSz! May I suggest a skinkit? Perhaps a CMX Viewer might be to your liking? Anywho, good first attempt at a skin. I will say, though they are in desperate need of refinement. That will come with time as you gain experience. Three things to keep in mind:
-Use Bunta's Skinkits-
-Use a CMX Viewer-
-Use a high quality editing program- (If at all possible.)

Also avoid posting the skins in full size here rather link to them, and either take a preview shot from the game or cmx viewer as suggested above.

I've turned your over-sized images into links - 800px wide is the general limit for images on these forums.
As suggested by Seph already, use the Pro-Kits available here and a proper image editing program. If Photoshop and the like are beyond your budget, download the Gimp. It's a powerful tool akin to Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.
The skins themselves are pretty basic - try to do more with the design itself, instead of just some lines and simple text. Also, you need to account for stretching - anything on the sides/top needs to be compressed to about 70% width horizontally to appear correctly on the car.
