I tried very hard to look for big picture of this D1 decal or its vectored version, but gain nothing. What I found is only part of its yellow stripe in a pdf file and the HKS performance logo. I think it is not too difficult for me to draw the yellow stripe in Illustrate, but the Turbee logo is a little bit difficult, especially if you want it to be exactly the same as the original one. And I hope someone could showoff his collection ;D:) Thank you in advance

If you have patience you will find that the logo is not hard to recreate in Illustrator. Having said that, this logo has been used very often on skins and is perhaps a bit common, in my opinion.

When I make a skin, I hope all logos can be original or as similar as possible with the original one. I have collected lots of D1 logos most of which are ripped from their manufacturers' official PDF files. I hope I can get this one's official vectored edition too.

There probably is no vectored version. Additionally, many vectored drift logos available in our community are not official, that is; they were made by skinners, not by the company in question. I could make a vectored version of the logo you want, but I don't think it is worth the time investment.

Thank you, man. I know what you mean. What I mean is, for instance, you can download some PDF files from this page: www.teamyokomo.com/japan/news/index.html and you can find official vectored logos in them by using illustrator to open those PDF files and extract what you want. I wonder if there is such a PDF file which contains the Turbee logo.

I wonder if there is such a PDF file which contains the Turbee logo. Perhaps there is, but as you probably have already discovered, you can spend literally weeks hunting for some things and never find them . I decided long ago that I would just make my own, and so I have ever since. All of my decals are vector, and I don't get them from downloaded EPS files. I decided that making brand name decals could get me into hot water, or at least I might be prevented from hosting them so I don't make many nowadays, usually only the rarer stuff that nobody can find anywhere online. So I made a set of LFS sponsors in vector and released PSD versions for all to use. Lately I have been contemplating a release of EPS versions of the LFS decals, but I am still undecided. If you have access to Illustrator, I highly recommend that you have a go at making decals yourself. You will always have a high quality and scalable version of it then, for future use.

Thank you for your advice.
I usually make my skins mainly in Illustrator and then export them to Photoshop to do some finish work.
Because I have such a strong feeling that this logo must be somewhere in internet, I'll go on looking for it for one more day. If I still can't find it, I will make it in Illustrator myself.

Maybe instead of taking up all of your time on a skin that has been made and made and made again. Put your skills and talent towards a skin that hasn't been made yet =]

£º£©I know what you mean, dude. Though there already are so many editions of this skin, no one is perfect. They are either too small nor just grasped stripes from photos directly. I love this classic skin so much that I decide to make a vectored and perfect one(closer to perfect).

Sorry, guys. The skin looks OK in the viewer, but it looks ugly in the game. No matter what color I put on it, it doesn't look better. Eventually I gave up.
Dan, thank you very much. Though I can't finish the skin, your decal is really nice.
