Ok. here goes.
Firstly welcome to MSz. It's good to see up and coming artists creating skins for the game.
-first thing I see is tons of archives around the edges of the painted work when put in the cmx viewer. Use a higher resolution skin and use Bunta's Skinkits. I think it's safe to say we all kinda rely on them as a guide.
-secondly, the Aerostar is stretched on the side under the door when rendered. Find somewhere else for it or shrink it to keep that from happening.
-Lastly, Stretching. It's a common first skin error. Easy way to put it: anything you put on the side of your car needs to be compressed horizontally to 70-80% of the original to make it look correct on the rendered version.
You've got good ideas and a knack for this. The biggest issue here is the archives around the edges which will be solved with a proper skinkit. I look forward to seeing your progress in the future. --Remember this. Practice, no matter how bad it looks is still experience in the long run and will help you perfect your skinning down the road. Best of luck to you and I hope you enjoy your experience with PS, MSz, and LFS.

Welcom to MSz
You can select the body parts by holding ctrl and clicking the corresponding layer in the skin kits. It'll auto select it and you can easily fill out the parts.
You should also learn the use of layers. You should keep the "Black Mask" layer on top of your skinning it will automaticly mask unneccesary color/paint.

Do you know how to properly use layers? Hiding the wireframe layer will make it go away totally, visually speaking. It won't just change colours.
The edges of the orange (? Colour blind..) parts are quite messy, as if drawn in free-hand with the paintbrush. I'd recommend staying away from that tool and use the Pen Tool for all your drawing needs. It will give you a crisp line and you will be able to easily modify the shape when you need to make adjustments.
Make sure everything you do has its own layer, and is properly sorted in the layer palette. This may seem like a lot of work at first, but trust me, it will make everything easier once you get into skins with 100+ layers. Naming layers and sorting them into layer groups/folders helps, too.

Ah okay, that is why you had a grey wireframe left over, then - If you filled between the lines the lines themselves don't get filled and then when you hide that layer those unfilled areas will show whatever colour is behind the filled layer. Use the pen tool to draw the areas of colour you want, don't use the fill tool on the wireframe.
