Hey everyone, so here it is what I have managed to do. There are still a few things I would like to add (maybe logos) but afraid to over pollute the skin. Feel free to say you hated it, but please state why Also on a second note. I will make a more conservative version of this car removing the main texture. Just need to find a good combination of colors for base, and stripes.

okay oaky, Mr. Necrosizingfacitist. i know some of your skin are bio. Anyway, the srtipes in black arnt going well, try other colors see what you think. Also if youre gonna use those graphics the black and white stripe, don let the pattern bleen through, keep the stipes solid.

To me the underlying texture is not a good look for a car. The patterns you have made are fine and will look better with a background they can contrast with. At the moment the pattern is somewhat lost in the background texture.

Hayes, the stripes were solid at first, and it didn't look good at all. Probably the solituin here is to go to a more coservative design (colors, especially the "bio" texture). So far, the color combinations I have tried on the more conservative design didn't bring out a good impression, guess I'll have to try more... Anyway, thanks for the comments

yep, too busy. I like the stripes, but they are lost with the busy pattern underneath. Go for either a complex pattern OR those bold styled stripes on a plain colour fade or simple gradient. Try putting the black stripe design over a simple front-to-back yellow->red gradient, for example? Be interested to see how it turns out, it has promise.

The nose ! Like the Vauxhall logo, I should only keep the red logo but not the Vauxhall text under it. Also the Honda red text I would remove. And you've got to make a choise between Shell, Agip I would take Shell, best colours to fit with the skin. It isn't bad a skin isn't thàt full of decals and others. This isn't a race design so go for the new-design not for the racing skins stuff. You still follow me ? SHow us the conservative version!

So far the conservative version is not going that well. Unfortunatelly the Stripes don't look too well. I will try some other diferent colors, but I believe the pattern stripes won't look good. I'll try the colors sugested by Al Heeley and see how it comes. DakJak: I like the skin as it is as well, i think the result is somehow good
