I'm making a skin for the LX4, and wanted to align the Torro logo across the top onto the sides, but I'm having a hard time lining it up. Is there an easy way to do it, as I'm kind of stuck

Keep nudging it around until it's in the right spot. Depending on the placement and the way the body curves around in various places, you may need to distort the logo to get it to line up. I don't think you'll have to do that in this case, though. Just move it closed to the centre of the car, and back a bit. Keep nudging it until it ligns up. If you can't get it perfectly, you'll have to do a little modification. [EDIT] oh yes, and just a little semi-realted tidbit; I always hide the wireframe before exporting to the viewer. The wireframe covers up the area where the texture wraps, which makes it impossible to tell if you've actually nailed the alignment

Either one fits, or the other. I'll have to try distorting it then. Thanks I normally don't export the wireframe, was just checking where it all lines up

Try splitting up the upper part of the Torro logo into single layers for each letter and align them piece by piece. That should be much easier to handle

ditto what schuppr said. you'll need to split up the letters that appear on the hood... Ive not skinned this car yet, but it looks like it's stretching it a bit on that roll (where the side of the hood starts) so you may have to do some stretching of the pieces also.
It's a pain, but it always makes the difference between an OK skin, and a great skin...
