If you have no experience at all with 3D then you won't find any 3D program easy. The best software is 3D Studio Max or Maya, but these are thoroughly professional applications used by animators and game creators, they are very detailed and complex. The biggest problem you will find is finding out how to use all of the thousands of tools. Then there's the hundreds of small things you will need to know just to navigate and position your work in the viewport.
If you just want to render cars, and nothing else, you could grab the pre-made scenes from Ian. H or thunderX86 and download the trial of 3D Studio Max and the trial of Brazil Renderer. Be aware though that this is not a quick and simple thing to do and if people seem reluctant to help, i understand why.
