Umm...you've just erased all the useful bits and made it a flat jpeg as far as I can see? Or am I missing something?

Positioning things; the wire frame serves as a very useful reference for lining things up, knowing where contours and parts of the car are and for the transitions between side/top/back etc. Just hide 'Wireframe' layer when saving as jpeg.
Unless I'm mistaken the bit you deleted is the bit that takes Bunta longest ;D

I wouldn't call flattening the layers, and then deleting one layer "remaking" the pro-kits.

I don't like it at all. First of all you've left the Master Skinnerz Pro Kit text on there and clearly there is no way we would release something like this. You make use look bad. Secondly, the quality is awful - you've got jagged edges everywhere. One of the reasons why I spend so much time on the kits is so people have something of very high quality. Thirdly, I don't think you understand how the kits are used, nor the value of using layers. The Pro Kits are more or less as good as I can make them. If someone can do better it would please me - but if you can't actually do a better job than what I have done I'd prefer that you refrain from butchering my hard work in the future please.

I am absolutely with You, Bunta. Good possibility to say Thank You again for Your so important work! Without You most of the skinners would feel and be quite helpless! =)
