I've got my first replica skin, Ken Block's X-Games STi, and I'm stuck. I can't seem to find any dirt-kits or tutorials on how to make convincing dirt/mud on the car. I've googled the hell out of it and also searched both this forum and the LFSForum. Can anyone help in pointing me in the right direction?

I'd go with a google search for a photoshop tutorial. Maybe find some pics of a white rally car and try to get the dirt off of that?
It's very tricky to make it look right. I used a layer I found in an NR2003 template I think, and then painted a dull layer of lighter brown over most of the car to make my dirt. On my Bounty RB4 I rubbed some of it out, too, to make it look like it had been worked on and some of the dirt was wiped away. I also added a couple hand prints.
