that's why i ask you guy's, because i have totally no experience in editing .DDS file's, the only thing i'm good @ is making skin's for the car's themselves, and making track lay-out's, that why i'm searchin someone over here that can edit .DDS file's to make 'em for me

We prefer to help people to learn how to do these things. When you think about it, the led lights you desire are nothing more than little circles. That means that the basic design will be easy for you to make. The only obstacle in your path is the dds part of it. Like any other graphics software process, editing the actual dds file is just a bunch of basic steps. There is free software that will allow you to pull the dds apart, edit the image, and put it all back together as a dds.
Some dds files (like the tyre sidewalls) have an alpha layer, an extra layer that masks out some of the underlying image, but the dds files that contain the tail light image for each car do not have an alpha layer, so it is as simple as it could be.
So let us help you to overcome the dds file editing monster and you can make as many LED lights as you wish and make them exactly how you wish them to be.
