It's my last day before I have to pack up my computer. I just wanted to let my fellow members know that I will not be on for quite a while. (several months.) I finally got the job that I was chasing (OA-I at Halliburton and they want me to move 1 1/2 hrs away from home.) I'm kinda broke now, so I have to live in a hotel and pack up my stuff till the money starts flowing again. I WILL be back, but probably not anytime soon. I'll check in every now and then and post from my mom's computer, but I'll prolly not have much time to do that either with my new job. Once I get situated, though, you'll start seeing more work from me. I've put some work into my first replica skin. (Flying Lizard ALMS 911 GT3) You'll see it in time. it'll make a good "I'm back" skin when the time comes. Anyway, I know I tend to get long winded and all, so I'll end here. Thanks for all the help from all the members and best of luck to all! I'll be back eventually. -zak-

So, here I am at my job. I have some free time now so I'll give you guys an idea of what I do. I work for Halliburton as an operator's assistant for wireline operations. I'm in a cased hole crew, which means I send explosives down an oil well hole to blow holes in the main oil pipe. That lets oil come in from the holes and helps produce more oil and gas per oil well. I may also do open hole work where I send $250K radioactive tools down the oil pipe and log where the oil and gas is so cased hole can blow the pipe open in the appropriate place. I absolutely love the job and I'll have things sorted out to begin skinning again in about a month.

OO, explosives? radioactive tools? Sounds fun! I'm sure it's way beyong Mike's (or my) intellectual capacity, so kudos to you! Glad you're enjoying it; don't forget how to skin, though

You'd be surprised how easy it is to pick up. I came in thinking I was going to cut trees down. (logging.) Hehe.. shows how much training I had ;D
