When saving a skin to jpg it ask me what quality parameter I want, do I want 100 or less? It always is on 85 when first asked. THANKS Joe..

This is a personal choice. If it were me I would always have it set to 100.

i guess it doesnt hurt to try different settings.
try 100 first, then maybe 95 or 90, and see the difference is quality in comparison to filesize. try to keep the quality as high as possible while making the filesize a decent level.

In PSP, it will tell you the size of the file at that compression. Since you can upload a maximum of 400kb to LFSW (correct??) I set the max quality that will give me under 400kb. I don't know if Gimp tells you the file size before you save or if you would have to save, then check the file. I make sure to save the PSP file so I can export a larger jpg for the viewer, screenshots, etc too.

use the maximum, you will see the difference when you do complex designs
