Great work.

Id make the drops available, but Im not sure how... I use corel, and they consist of two types of transparancies. One is 'Addiditive' (The highlight) and the other is 'subtractive' (shadow). It's all vector, and it's one of the first files where Ive used a gazillion lens effects in it (Each drop probably has 30 tranparant objects in it). The file itself is only 18mb, but it takes like 15 minutes to save each time!!! Ive had 650mb files save in that time before. And, on a side note... this is what I am currently working on next. Im noticing 'wrapping' issues between the make and female firesuits though. (click for larger image)

OO, what font did you use for the MSz text Rob? I like it If anyone wants the water droplets for Photoshop, gimme a shout. I have a PSD file I got from an online tutorial that could be of some assistance Quite simple in Photoshop. All you have to do, really, is just copy the layer style and paste it onto a layer in your skin file and adjust to compensate for the size (might not have to adjust on a 2048 skin, I only tried it with a 5000 pixel logo I made for a friend) Uh, great work, again, Rob!

Aha! I figured out the water drop... it retains the 'effects' if I export it out. All of the drops were made form this one. some stretched, enlarged, shrunken, squished, etc... Although, you might want to resize instead of using this 300 dpi one. photoshop link: WaterDropOn the Master Skinnerz, I wound up drawing it all (no font used). I hope I dont cause problems messing with the original logo, but I though that some of the letters (M) seems a bit 'squished', and wanted to come up with a single color version instead of the chrome one in the banner. I dunno if I need to make the K different though, because from a distance it almost looks like Master Shitters! lol anyways, heres a link to the MSz EPS File.

After a long fun filled weekend, I got back to some skinning. Walker Racing / Gil Deferran's Valvoline ride: Skin File: HiRes (1.64mb)After turning some laps on the stcc servers, I realized it might not be a bad idea to put some rookie stripes on my XFG. and finally, Thanks to Bunta and the new suit wireframes, my Rolling rock suit is complete...

Yup. It needs some revising, but heres where it stands so far. I did this originally at 512x512, and now that Ive bumped the res up to 1024x1024, I notice it's not lining up nicely in some spots. Our family kilt is the tartan up top, and our family crest on the rear of the helmet.

Great skin , only the thin red line won't look good in game (or is that problem already solved )

I really like your works on the FOX. But when is it time to go further and skin some real cars? Like the FZR, XRR and XFR?

Re: thin stripes... Im not sure as the actual car stripes got very thin on the nose, and were not very visible from a distnce. perhaps I will thicken them up a bit just to make sure they're visible.
Re: other car skins: Soon! Very soon! My passion is with open wheel cars, so thats what Ive been tinkering with mostly. But I would like to begin delving into other cars (not all open wheelers) and custom designs soon as I can get a few other designs out of the way first.
